Cabin Experience Packages

The Red Cabins offers multiple packages consisting of products from more than 20 different vendors. Every item, craft, consumable, or service will have a link on our affiliate vendors page so guests can find and order again (at their convenience) the products they experienced in your cabin.

Disposables

Management provides all disposable items (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc.)

Welcome Package

Local soap, cabin cookbook and activity book, and our private label coffee.

Electable Packages From The Red Cabins

Breakfast Bundle

Unique pancake mix, KY Proud, Appalachian Proud, and farmers market breakfast staples.

Lunch Bundle

Cookbook with recipes for all provided KY Proud, Appalachian Proud, farmer’s market, and kitchen staples.

Farmers Market

Herbs, jellies, jams, eggs, beef, and other locally crafted items

Activity Bundle

Participate, learn, and spend hands on time performing local crafts and trades with the experts.

Massage

A personal masseuse travels to your cabin for a 45-minute personalized relaxation experience.

Firewood

Management will maintain a stock of firewood for your guests each week.

Listing and Rental

Management will cover the cost of indoor and outdoor (day and night) photos of your cabin.
The team will have your listing live within four days of signing the agreement.
Management will leverage third party software to improve your cabin’s occupancy, well past the industry standard 55%.
We respond to all guest communications within the hour.

Routine ‘turnover’ clean (deep clean)
‘Generosity clean’ free of charge if you are staying longer than 6 nights
Post construction clean.

Cleaning

Our professional staff is led by a manager who has built upscale cleaning services in two major cities. Example: 1 bath, 1 hot tub, no pets, unit that sleeps 2-3 will run $50 per customized clean.

We offer three cleans:

1 Routine ‘turnover’ clean (deep clean)
2 ‘Generosity clean’ free of charge if you are staying longer than 6 nights
3 Post construction clean.

MANAGEMENT OPTIONS

Rates

Self-Manage: Become the host and help shape your guests experience while we support you with the cleaning and maintenance. Priced as a monthly flat fee.

Full-Service package: Take a hands-off approach while we help turn your beautiful house into a profitable vacation rental. Priced as a percentage of the cabin net income – meaning we only make a portion of what you make and, therefore, we don’t have minimum fees.
